The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board is getting serious about supervisors. 

On December 10, 2010 the rules change about who may be a supervisor. 

If you don't meet the new criteria you must obtain a waiver.

If you must apply for a waiver you must show the board why they should grant it.  A big reason for the new rules changes is because being a good appraiser does not make you a good trainer. In our classes we cover how to train.  You will learn about learning styles and how to conduct a training session for your trainee.
